We understand that finding a Lead generation / Marketing partner can be a daunting task. You may rightly have alot of questions in the process of finding the right solution for you and your business. We have taken the time to answer some of the key questions you may have.

Is there any setup fees or briefing costs?

No – Simple and sweet, unlike many agencies, we don’t believe in charging you to set up your campaign, instead we simply charge a set day campaign rate.

What is the process, how do you prepare?

Once your campaign/project is booked in our calendar we will send you a briefing document. The briefing document has a list of 15 or so questions, you can answer as many or as little as you deem relevant. We will use the information collected in your answers along with your website and optional supporting sales documents to put together a sales guide. This is similar to a script, but not a script more a guide that promote organic human conversations that engage.

Do you guarantee results?

Every campaign is different, while we have in-depth experience of many most key sectors variables mean we can’t determine the outcome without engaging and commencing with a campaign. We can advise of likely results based on prior campaigns but will look to establish baseline deliverables with an initial pilot campaign. On completing a pilot campaign we can then agree on reasonable deliverables and where required set out a statement of work agreement outlining KPIs.

Why don't you do pay per results?

There are two key reasons:

1. We don’t have to, we retain our clients based on the value and return we deliver which time after time surpasses that of the pay-per-lead model.

2. Quality – Pay-per-lead agencies have a desperate need to create volume, and this means terrible quality. Leads will often be poorly qualified and miss led. We follow strict qualification criteria meaning you don’t waste time and you get better conversion and return.

Where are you based?

We are based in London and operate a hybrid team, with various agents working remotely from home. Since the onset of the pandemic, this adaption has seen increased telemarketing executive morale leading to increase productivity and results. We have invested in a state-of-the-art online team management system that monitors our sales team in real-time, meaning our managers can yield peak performance.

How do you charge?

Very simple – We work on a day rate for most services, meaning there are no additional fees on top, what you see is what you get.

Are your Telemarketing agents Native speakers?

Absolutely – We don’t outsource to overseas call centers, you get an experienced native English-speaking Telemarketing professional who is passionate about business development and hungry to generate results for you.

Results - How do you update me?

We send you a full written report daily for every day scheduled in. Our reports give stats overviews giving you insight to whats happening as well as reporting the leads, appointments, and information requests generated.

Do I need to sign a long term contract?

No – You can start ad-hoc with no contract, no strings, easy and upfront. We do offer 12-month retainer contracts, giving you even more affordable pricing, but we think opting for this should be on your terms, you should see results, prove concept and sign up for a contract when it makes sense for you and your business. Ultimately of course we want you onboard long term, but you an start tomorrow with just a couple days booked in.
